“In my middle years, I began to realize that I could ‘feel better’, and that it was up to me to get moving! The idea of ‘no pain, no gain’ was popular back then, but it just didn’t sound like much fun! What I discovered was ‘mind/body fitness’. That discovery brought about a big career change, better mental and physical health and a determination to ‘spread the word’ that it IS possible to be active and mentally sharp at ANY age!
That was 30 years ago, and I’m still at it – leading Nia, Ageless Grace, Callanetics and Balance classes, and training Ageless Grace Educators all over the world! I continue to be excited and inspired about sharing the benefits of physical movement and brain changing activity for everyBODY, that’s purposeful and FUN. I hope you’ll join me!””
